You made some poor choices this year. The classes you were taking aren't very interesting, and you never felt motivated to do the work, and it shows. The work you did turn in was okay at best, and you were not on track to pass any of your classes. Despite this, you really loved going to college here. You had a great group of friends, and you really were happy. It was for this reason that you began to panic when you received an email from the registrar's office informing you of your poor academic standing. The email recommended that you come in to the office to meet with someone to determine your future at the college. When you arrived at the office for your scheduled meeting the receptionist ushered you in quite quickly.
